Personal Statement

I would be a great asset to any team because of my work ethic. I train very hard and I want the best for my teammates so I try my best to support them constantly. Since my father is in the military, I have benefited from various coaching styles and adapted to new environments. For example, my family is currently living in South Korea where I will continue volleyball training at an international club!

I started at this program in January and have had two coaches here the coach I am currently with has trained me for only a few months but it is amazing and I could not be more grateful for both coaches I have worked with at this program! (It has not been a year but this was the smallest option for years of training) We usually do a compound movement for strength and work on speed, agility, as well as some conditioning toward the end.

I love this program and the coaches here are amazing! We tend to work on more individual skills like hitting footwork and variations to work on my timing and my arm swing.

CrossFit is the "other sport" that I do I find it fun and challenging and it keeps me in very good shape conditioning wise! There isn't really a club or travel team but it wouldnt let me submit this without selecting a level
