Delaney Moon '24 Recruiting Profile

I am extremely driven to do my best in all aspects of my game, while also maintaining excellent grades and being the best person I can be.  I always cheer on my teammates, helping everyone keep a positive mindset and high energy levels, whether at practice or in a game situation. I never cease to lose my voice after a tournament weekend, as I am constantly communicating on the court and celebrating as loudly as I can. I have been the captain of multiple volleyball teams, both club and school, and my teammates always look to me to be organized, fun, and helpful. On the court, I always play with heart and hustle. My mindset is that no ball hits the floor without an effort, even if that means sacrificing my body every now and then. At practice, I work as hard as I can to become a better athlete, no matter how tired I may be. I always listen to my coaches and take their advice to heart, never wanting to make the same mistake twice. I am one of the most driven and dedicated people you will ever meet.
