Isabella Clavenna '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isabella (Izzy) Clavenna, and I am a RS/OH for the class of 2019. I have played volleyball for 6 years, and I love it more every year. When I step into the gym, I am not only trying to make myself better but also my team. I am a well-rounded volleyball player being able to play any position on the front row and back row if necessary.

For the past three years, I have been a starter for the Bishop Lynch High School (Dallas, TX) Varsity Volleyball team. In 2016, I was selected as an All-District Honorable Mention.  In 2017, I was selected for First Team All-District and Second Team State. I have also enjoyed playing Club Volleyball at the National level for the last 4 seasons and looking forward to my 5^th season in 2018. In 2017, I was an invitee to the AVCA Phenom Program.

I am searching for the best blend of high level volleyball and academic excellence. I am an AP and Honors student just completing my fall semester of my junior year with a 4.5 GPA. I love to compete and also want to be academically challenged in Pre-Med/Biology.  I have a great desire to continue my volleyball career at the collegiate level.
