Hello, my name is Kody Harman and I am a class 23’ setter. I started playing volleyball in 8th grade, as an outside hitter. It wasn’t until three years later when my coach switched me to setter I decided I wanted to play at the collegiate level. Ever since I started setting I got to see the game in a whole new perspective, being able to set my teammates up for success was way more rewarding than getting a good kill. I consider myself to be a highly coachable player who is ready to learn new techniques and is constantly seeking ways to get better. I am fiercely competitive on the court and will give every play my best. I am the kind of player that can encourage teammates when they are having a bad day and aid them when they need it, while also holding them accountable for their duties in a respectful manner.
