I did cheer for several years at the top level, getting level 6 (highest) tumbling skills my first year. Being apart of a team growing up I LOVE being apart of an ambitious family. I had to stop tumbling because of an injury so I decided to try volleyball because it was so much fun in P.E.. I started freshman year and tried to pick it up as fast as I could, watching YouTube videos and playing in my backyard in my spare time. I would love to keep playing volleyball as long as I can. I am in love with the process of improving. Even with a lot less experience playing volleyball then my teammates I was able to be a starter on my nationals club team in my 16s and now 17s season. Even though I'm not a cheerleader anymore, I try to be the cheerleader for my teammates and hype them up as well as hold myself and my teammates accountable at practice. I take sports psychology and learned a lot from my high school coach about my mindset and behavior as a player on and off the court. I know I can push myself to be athlete at my highest potential.
