Mia Wilson '26 Recruiting Profile

Besides volleyball, one thing I love is gardening. My parents and I have started our own veggie garden in our back yard, and after a year of trial and error we finally got it flourishing. I go outside almost everyday just to see it, because I love being outside and exploring the outdoors. I take pictures of anything on my dad's camera whenever he has it with him. My father also woodworks as a hobby, and whenever I want to make something we do it together. When I was younger we made bunkbeds for my American girl dolls and a stable for my horse. Right now, I work at a restaurant with my mom as a waitress. We are the best mother-daughter team you've ever seen. For now it's really just a summer job, but I have fallen in love with it. I look forward to seeing the regulars every time I'm there. Putting smiles on peoples faces when they walk through the door with a frown makes me so happy I can't describe it with words. I love my family and volleyball and am beyond excited to see where the future, and God, leads me.
