Allison Newton '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches, my name is Allison Newton and I’m a junior at Spotsylvania High School in Spotsylvania Virginia. I am an outside hitter and defensive specialist for my travel and school volleyball team. I want to play volleyball at a college where I can compete at the highest level while majoring in Biology. I've been playing volleyball since I was 10 and have enjoyed every minute of it, it has taught me how to be a more passionate person and has given me sense of leadership and togetherness I didn't get from other sports. While being a competitive athlete, I also maintain a 4.4 GPA and I'm in the top 10% of my class. I would love to play at a school that has a strong team bond, importance of school spirit, and an emphasis on academic success.
