My name is Brady Schuh, I have been wrestling for as long as I can remember. My freshman year of high school, I was above average and a sectional qualifier. Sophomore year I had elbow and knee surgery and came back one month before regionals with a 15 pound weight lifting limit, after my surgeon told me it would not be my best season. I just had to prove her wrong. With my astronomical dedication to the sport and my outstanding work ethic, I qualified for state. This was not good enough, I kept working and pushing myself to my limits and this Junior Year I took 6th at state. I am now shooting for that state title. There is not one day that goes by where I don’t work on progressing my technique and mindset. If I had to pick one quote to describe me it would be… “This sport pushes me to my limits and teaches me nothing worth having is given, it must be earned.” I believe that whenever I am working my opponent is not, and that is why I should be considered for college wrestling. I am not afraid of the work necessary for me to become the best wrestler I can possibly be. I am Brady Schuh.
