Caleb Ryder '22 Recruiting Profile

    I have many goals in regards to baseball. My biggest goal is to get a college scholarship. Some other goals are, getting prepared by working out and really improving myself in the offseason. I am different from other recruits because baseball is the only sport I play, therefor that's the only sport I focus on and work to get better at. I play the game with passion. I build the best relationship possible with whatever team I'm playing for. I feel like I'm easy to get along with. I bring much energy, positivity, and confidence, hoping it will rub off on my team. Academics wise, my parents and I check my grades daily and I always redo tests/papers if I get a bad grade. I'm always paying attention so I understand what's being taught in front of the class in order to make work come easier to me. To sum it up, I would be a great recruit because of my work ethic, passion, and motivation to be the best player I can be as well as be the best teammate I can be.
