- Aaron puts the time in.He works very hard and is extremely lucky.he has a great baseball instructor.Victor Gell.Victor has been working with MlB players for years.He saw Aaron play a few high school games and he's been working with him ever since.Aaron gets to work with triple a players all the time. he is being trained as a professional at the age of 15.Which is great and will show this up coming year in varsity.Aaron made varsity as a freshman without Victor,so we are very excited to see what he does this year with Victor's training.
