Collin Elam '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Collin Elam.  I am a Junior at Ewing High School, Ewing, NJ.  My primary position is 3^rd base and right-handed pitcher, I also play middle infield.  I feel that playing different positions allows me to become a more versatile player. 

I have always enjoyed playing baseball.  I started playing T-Ball when I was 4 years old, and my father was my Coach.  He has always encouraged me to try my hardest and to remember that there are always lessons to be learned.  Over the years my respect and love for the game has grown.  Baseball has taught me teamwork, decision making and how to deal with pressure, and failure.  I am a team player that has a strong work ethic on and off the baseball field.  My academic goal is to obtain a degree in Accounting. 

I am continuously working to improve my baseball skills mentally and physically so that I will continue to be an asset to my high school and travel team while pursuing a position on a college team.
