Double in the gap...My goal is to go to a college where I can learn more as a person and learn more about what I want to focus on. I want to be successful at what I do. I want to learn how to accomplish tasks that might come my way. My goal is to always work hard so that I can fend for my family. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a determined, talented hard worker. I am different from other recruits because I am always there for those that are struggling with anything in sports, academics, or even if they just need to talk. I don't want to see people struggle or having a hard time doing something so I try to help as much as I can. When it comes to athletics I am very competitive I like to win but at the same time, I want to improve or help my teammates improve so that we can win. In a sport, it's a team effort so in order to win we have to work together to accomplish a goal. In sports, you have to want it you can't just let a spot be taken without a fight. So I will work hard that get that spot. Academics I struggled with before high school. I wouldn't really focus on my work because I would be distracted by my friends and I just didn't think how important it was. I made the decision to go to a different high school because my town's school wasn't great. I went to the new school and grew a lot and realized how important it was for me to learn. I started to really pay attention and as the school year went on I improved in every subject. I began to learn how much I liked to actually learn and get good grades instead of being grounded. I feel as if high school helped me grow as a person.
