My first memories have always been on the baseball diamond. Ever since I was four years old I have been playing baseball and I have loved every minute of it. I have always been dedicated to the game of baseball but I have been even more dedicated since I realized that playing baseball could take me places. I love the game and respect everyone who has ever played or coached the game. I treat my coaches and teammates with the upmost respect as I treat everyone else. What makes me different then other recruits is that I put my school work first. If I'm struggling in a class and a game or a practice is that day i will make sure i get my schoolwork done to make sure I keep my grades up. Before every game I shake the hands of the umpires and thank them for taking time out of their day to officiate our games. My collegiate goals are to get a scholarship to a good school and play baseball all four years of college and avoid injury and hopefully get a teaching degree. Even though in just a freshman I need to get my name out to college coaches. I hope that this statement tells everyone who reads it a little more about this small town ball player.
