Every day I try to do at least one thing to strengthen my baseball skills. I am a goal setter and work hard to be motivated to keep pushing myself to get better. I treat my team like a family. We support each other on good and bad days. We also accept each other no matter political, religious, or ethnic differences we have. Our differences make us stronger because we don't take ourselves too seriously. We laugh and don't get offended easy. We help each other and tell each other positive feedback. We also hold each other accountable on and off the field. This last two seasons I have had the chance to work with the younger players and it has really helped me see the career path I want to take. I enjoy instructing and helping others grow in their abilities. This has made me choose an education direction for college and I think it will be one that I enjoy for my adult life.
