Personal Statement

My goal is to find a college that I can continue learning in, to better prepare myself for the future, while getting to play the sport that I love at a higher and more competitive level. I envision my college years to be a personal growth period. I want to not only become a better softball player, but I want to better myself as an individual and strive to do my best academically, and I really believe that the right college will help me succeed in doing that. I believe I would be a positive influence on the team both on and off the field, always carrying myself in a respectful and loyal manner to the college in which I am representing. I am a natural born leader that sets the bar high and works very hard to achieve success in the classroom as well as athletically.  I work hard everyday, preparing both physically and mentally to be my best and overcome any challenge that is in front of me.

I believe I can contribute to a highly competitive softball program at the D3, D2, and NAIA level, or even higher. I have always been a goal-driven individual who likes competition and new challenges; therefore, I am looking for a school that can blend my desire to continue to play softball at a high level with a strong academic experience.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
