I started playing hockey because my Dad is Canadian. He started teaching me to skate before I was four. I guess you could say hockey is in my blood. I started begging to play goalie by the time I turned six. My dad was not ready to allow me to move to goaltender until I was a good enough skater. Finally, at age 8, I got to play my favorite position - goalie.
With my senior year quickly approaching, I am looking toward the future. I want nothing more than to take hockey to the next level. My goal is to play college hockey. With this in mind, I am open to many opportunities. When the right opportunity comes along, I want to be open and ready. Whether that opportunity may come from going straight to college hockey or playing junior hockey before college. I want to be the best that I can be.
