I live by the quote, "a minute of pain is worth a lifetime of glory." I started really logging the miles this year, and realized the potential that i have. I've been told by the top guys on my team that i have the potential to be one of the best mile runners in the state. I realized that i loved running and quit all other sports. Last year, my 5k time was 21 flat, now its down into the1750's. i personally love cross country, and the hard work makes me feel good about myself. Im looking to put down some fast times throughout my high school career.
