I‘m different from many other recruits. I will give you 110% on and off the track. When it comes to training, all you will see is a kid that is so motivated to become great. It is the same way in the classroom. I’m not an honor roll or AP student, but no matter what is put out in front in me, I am always determined to push through. I want to compete at the the college level, and I don’t care what division it is. I just want to find the best suit for me academically and athletically. I will do whatever it takes to achieve that goal. Currently I am training at an elite Track & Field academy called Tom Nelson Training (TNT). I train at TNT 3 days a week. I have a personal trainer at TNT, and he is a former Big Ten Champion in the 100m dash. His name is Brandon Stryganek and he ran for The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
An interesting thing coaches might want to know about me is that I am on the Junior USA National Karate Team. I’ve fought all over the world. Ecuador, Portugal, and Chile. I won the bronze medal at the 2019 Junior Pan American Karate Championships in Ecuador. I also placed 5th at the World Shotokan Karate Championships in Portugal. And I placed 7th at the WKF all-style Junior World Karate Championships in Chile. I am a former United States National Champion and current silver medalist. I am the current United States Open Champion as well. I have won many local Karate tournaments over the years too.
