Personal Statement

My name is Jayce Brecht, I currently attend Leipsic High School in Leipsic, Ohio. I am in the Class of 2025, my main event is 110m hurdles. My personal best time is 15.96s and I got that time at the OHSAA District Finals Meet at Napoleon High school last year as a sophomore.

My college goals are to just be able to get looked at by a college to run track. I think that I have the ability to be able to run for a college team. I think that my talent to run hurdles as a freshman and as I am progressing I think I can make it to the next level.

I placed 2nd in the Putnam County League meet as a Freshman. I also placed 3rd in the North West Conference meet in the 110m hurdles. I also high jump and my highest height for high jump is 5'8 and my fastest time in the 110m hurdles is 16.18s as a Freshman.
