Personal Statement

Hi, My name is Jenna O'Connell. I attend Resurrection College Prep in Chicago, Illinois. I am class of 2024. I love softball and play on both my high school team, and a travel/club team. I am a left handed pitcher that throws a variety of pitches, in addition to pitching i also play first base. I am a strong left handed batter. In my future I would love to play softball for many years to come. I am a hard worker and enjoy working with my teammates to bond and create a strong team connection. In addition to playing softball, I hope to pursue an education in nursing/healthcare. I am a very family oriented person. My family has inspired me to be the woman I am today. I am a bright student-athlete with a strong work ethic, and I am extremely excited to further my softball career and education!
