Alexis Parent '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alexis Parent. I am currently a Sophomore at Hutchison School in Memphis, Tennessee and will graduate in 2024. I started playing Lacrosse in the 3rd grade and have dreamed of playing in College like my Dad and Uncle ever since. As a Sophomore, I am a 2 year starter on Varsity having earned All-State Honors and leading the team in scoring both years. In fact, this year I was named Hutchison's Offensive player of the year. My club team is No-Excuse. I think the greatest attributes I bring to the field are grit, tenacity, and leadership. I may be shorter in stature, but play as big as possible. I use my size and quickness to my advantage and can attack the net from both sides. I'm aggressive on ground balls and re-defends and as one of my former club coaches said, " I like to be the QB of the offense." I consider myself a leader, both in the classroom and on the field and am a member of the peer council at my school. Academically, I am maintaining a 4.0 GPA in both Honors and AP Classes and am a member of the High Honor Roll. I work hard for all of these things as I don't find school "Easy", but I am proof that hard work pays off.
