Winning the 4A Girls Soccer State Championship as a freshman and a sophomore and winning the 5A Girls Soccer State Championship this year as a junior is the highlight of my high school soccer career currently. I have been playing soccer since I could literally walk (at 1 year and 8 months). My mom recorded all my videos and you could see the eagerness to get the ball from my facial expressions, which I still do today. I am always described as tenacious, hard-working, and aggressive. Playing the game of soccer for 16 years helped me grow as an athlete and as a student. I learned how to manage my time between sports and academics and as you can see on my profile, I do a pretty good job at balancing the two. As a senior in high school, I know the value of commitment, sacrifice, and teamwork it takes to get to play for a college soccer program. I am looking for a program that will be a great fit for me academically, athletically, and socially. I believe I have the talent and work-ethic to compete for a college team. As a person that plays two sports, I have the skills to make an impact on your team and stand out to the crowd. I hope to be not only a player, but a leader for your team!
