Personal Statement

Hi I'm Sofia Acuña! I have been playing tennis for 7 and a half years, and I play 1 singles for my high school at Classen School of Advanced Studies. I was #1 singles regional champion and #1 singles Class 4A state runner-up as a freshman (2021). My sophomore year I played #1 singles and I was regional champion and Class 5A state champion. In 2023, my junior year I played #1 Singles and I was Regional Champion and Class 4A State Champion.  After my Junior year season ended, I was nominated Oklahoma City Public Schools Girls Player of the Year and nominated for Girls Tennis Player of the Year for 2023 OKC Metro High School Sports Awards.
