I would be an excellent addition to your college team because of the principles I have learned throughout my life:  perseverance, loyalty, commitment, emphasis on moral character, honesty and hard work. I have learned to be a leader, even though I am often the youngest player on the team. Passion and motivation are key in everything I do, including volleyball and academics. I am a smart player with a high level of court awareness, and as a setter, I am able to develop strategic offensive plays and build positive relationships with the hitters and other team members. My sets are very consistent with a high percentage converting to kills, and I am a very accurate target server with a high percentage of aces from my standing float serve, jump float serve, and standing short serve. I am academically focused, and I value my 4.2 GPA. I push myself in academics, and have outstanding will power and work ethic. I am always motivated, and love to get the job done.
