Connor McBryde '21 Recruiting Profile

I believe you will find that my skills both on and off the field make me an excellent candidate for your team.  I currently run a 6.6 60 and work daily on my goal of running a 6.4.  I primarily play as an outfielder and catcher, with a pop time of 1.93.  However, as a true utility player, I also have great success playing the corners.  I bat in the second or third hole on both my high school and travel team. I have been a multi-sport athlete and give max effort to each and every team I play on.  I truly believe that having a successful team requires being a good teammate. I can say without a doubt that my teachers, coaches and teammates will vouch that I hustle, no matter what, encourage and value my teammates, and work extremely hard both on and off the field.  Despite the dream, I know the real work starts in the class room. I challenge myself by taking all AP and Pre-Ap classes and achieving A-B honor roll.  I’m a God Fearing, loyal, passionate player with the mindset that my positive energy and excitement for the game can always lead us to the win!
