I grew up playing basketball, volleyball and softball. I finished my athletic career for Winona State University as an All-American softball player in 2009. My coaching career began when I was 16 years old and was under the supervision of my father who was a softball coach for over 20 years. I began my own private instruction company at a young age and gave lessons to female and male softball players ranging in ages 6-36.

I have coached at the travel, high school and collegiate levels. Sports, and more specifically softball, has been a passion of mine since a very young age. I have hosted several youth and coaching camps, showcase camps and coached athletes that have gone on to play at every college level. My parents were always very supportive of my athletic career, and it is because of their support that I got to be a college student-athlete.

Recruiting is a passion of mine because it is ever-evolving and, through personal experience, I have learned that hiccups throughout this process can mean the difference for student-athletes in pursuit of their dreams. When I was a student-athlete, my parents made sure I had the best training, played against all the best competition all of the country and went to all the top camps. Still, I struggled seeing the results I wanted to see for my future as a student-athlete. The process can be stressful, confusing and leave athletes questioning their ability. I enjoy teaching families that it doesn’t have to be any of those negative things and how to be successful throughout this process.

I have used NCSA to get my athletes recruited as well as for recruiting athletes. Working for a company that values developing understanding for each individual family concept and creating a customizable path to achieving recruiting success is truly remarkable.

During my spare time, I enjoy doing everything from getting my nails done after a much-needed shopping therapy session to throwing a pole in the water or being outdoors.
