As a former Division III college athlete from Massachusetts, I understand the commitment and passion it takes to pursue sports at a high level. I competed in volleyball, track, and tennis throughout my academic journey, and those experiences taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, leadership, and perseverance. Coaching has also been a major part of my life; I’ve served as both an assistant and head coach for club volleyball teams, helping young athletes grow not just in their skills, but in confidence and character as well. One of the most fulfilling moments as a coach was leading a team of mostly new players to a second-place finish in a competitive NERVA tournament.
The most rewarding part of working at NCSA is seeing student-athletes gain opportunities they may not have known were possible. Being part of a team that helps bridge the gap between talent and exposure is incredibly fulfilling. It’s meaningful to contribute to a process that can shape the future of an athlete—not just in their sport, but in their education and personal growth as well.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and family. Sports and mentorship have always been central to who I am, and I bring that same passion and purpose into every aspect of my role at NCSA.
