I was a multi-sport athlete growing up and competed in both high school and club baseball before focusing my efforts on swimming, where I became a four-year Varsity letterman. Athletics were always central to my identity, and my own recruiting journey was well underway when I suffered a series of injuries that ultimately ended my chances of competing at the collegiate level. While it was a tough transition, it led me to pivot into academics, where I pursued my education at the University of Southern California with a focus on marketing and international business.
Although my path took a different direction, my passion for sports and the recruiting process never went away. That’s what makes working at NCSA especially meaningful—being able to support athletes and their families in navigating the complex and exciting world of college recruiting. I know firsthand how much effort goes into training, performing, and preparing for the next level, and I’m proud to be part of a team that empowers student-athletes to maximize their potential.
Outside of work, I remain deeply connected to sports, whether it’s staying active, following Bay Area teams, or volunteering in youth athletics. The most rewarding part of my role is knowing that I get to make a difference in a student-athlete’s journey, just as I once hoped someone would in mine.
