My favorite part about working at NCSA is having the opportunity to give back to the organization that played such a pivotal role in my own journey. As a high school senior, NCSA helped me get recruited to play collegiate baseball—an experience that not only allowed me to continue playing the sport I loved but also taught me invaluable life skills like teamwork, time management, and perseverance. That experience shaped me into the person I am today and ultimately set me on the path to earning my bachelors degree in sports management from St. Andrews University in North Carolina where I then proceeded to pursue a dual-masters at University of Central Florida where I earned a masters in sports business management and an MBA. Now, being able to help student-athletes navigate their own recruiting journeys and create opportunities for their futures is incredibly rewarding.
