I played two years at College of the Canyons in Southern California before earning a baseball scholarship to Hawai‘i Pacific University. My experience as a student-athlete gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating the recruiting process, something that, 20 years ago, lacked the structure and guidance available today. That’s why I’m excited to be part of NCSA—to help bridge the gap between coaches, schools, and student-athletes.
As a father of a three-year-old boy, I understand the importance of setting up young athletes for success both on and off the field. The recruiting journey can be overwhelming, and I know how valuable it is to have the right support system in place. I’m passionate about ensuring student-athletes and their families are equipped with the resources and connections needed to find the best opportunities for their future.
Having gone through this process myself, I recognize the importance of visibility, preparation, and mentorship in securing college scholarships. By being part of NCSA, I look forward to using my experience to guide athletes toward making informed decisions that align with their academic and athletic goals. My mission is to help the next generation of players navigate the recruiting world with confidence, giving them the opportunities I wish I had when I was in their shoes.
