I am the assistant wrestling coach at one of the best junior college wrestling teams in the country, Big Bend Community College. I have been there for three years, and the head coach and I built the team from scratch, taking it from a club team to an elite NJCAA team within a year. At Big Bend, my main duties are running the strength and conditioning program, recruiting athletes, and helping with practices.
As I have been doing Big Bend’s recruiting, I came across NCSA and started using it. I used NCSA prolifically for several years to recruit for our team, and one day I checked their careers page. Luckily enough, I found an opening as a part time Profile Evaluator and got hired. After working in that position for awhile, I moved into my current role as a Recruiting Coach. I have loved working for NCSA because the impact that it can have on a student athlete’s life is real. Not every kid comes from an environment that prepares for them for college wrestling, and I believe that NCSA can fill that void.
My wife and I have been married for five years, and we live in Eastern Washington with my dog, a very sweet and affectionate pitbull named Loki. I have a business degree from BYU-Idaho, and an associates degree from Big Bend Community College.
