I am the Consumer Product Manager for NCSA. I love to dig into customer problems and help solve them with technology. I conduct user research and surveys that ask the right questions, then listen to customers, aggregate data from user research and product usage and provide research-backed data points and insights to make real change and impact. I love my job because I get to put the customer at the center of all I do.
I attended a four-year college at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to college I competed on the volleyball team at Reedsburg High School. I joined NCSA as a frontend developer in 2016 and quickly thereafter became the team lead for the website development team, helping to optimize our public website to guide families in the right direction in the recruiting process. In 2018 joined the NCSA product team, where I planned, organized and directed product releases for new features and apps for our club coach, athlete and coach products.
The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is the fact that every day I’m working for a company that helps student-athletes achieve their goals to play their sport in college. I never take that for granted — we make lives better every single day. I am a team player, I am very passionate, goal-oriented and determined, and I am always willing to put forth my best effort for our team.
