I grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and played basketball, football and swam throughout my childhood. I went on to Coronado High School and was a member of the football and basketball teams for 3 years, and also swam both junior and senior years.
During my senior year of high school, I was given an offer to become a student-athlete at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. I ultimately decided to decline this offer and instead pursue a degree in sports management at Texas Tech University.
After my time at Texas Tech, I was looking for a job where I could combine my passion for sports with my previous work experience. I found NCSA and realized how committed they are as a company to their student-athletes and families. Their core values as a company showed how much they care for the student-athletes, and seemed like a perfect place to start my career.
When I am not working at NCSA, I like to watch the Oklahoma City Thunder play. I am an avid movie watcher, and am a Game of Thrones fan.
I live in Lubbock with my fiancée and border collie, Callie.
