All my life college football or baseball was a dream of mine. I never truly understood how difficult it would be to reach that goal. I played both sports in high school, at the varsity level, for 3 years. After much consideration I decided I wanted to focus on just playing football at the next level. Eventually I was able to get help and guidance in order to pursue that goal. I played three years at Western Connecticut State University, a short drive away from where I grew up. I graduated with a degree in Communication, while also working various jobs between my school and football schedule. This role helped me clearly understand what being a student-athlete entails.
During college I always knew that I wanted to stay involved in the world of sports. So many different avenues and paths to stay in this field but I wanted to find the right one. While working for NCSA I am given the opportunity to make sure student-athletes are provided with guidance and support to achieve their goals, something that I never really had while going through the process.
I currently reside in Connecticut with my 2 Old English Bulldogs. During my free time I enjoy playing football, slowpitch softball, and golf.
