I think it’s rare to work for a company in this day and age that so aligns with one’s own personal values. Helping student-athletes achieve a level of success that I was never able to obtain is extremely rewarding and powerful. Sports has always been a big part of my life, from watching my sisters play college soccer, to playing club volleyball in college myself, and now watching my brother coach at the high school level. Sports can have such an amazing impact on an individual, and I enjoy even just being a small part of that here at NCSA.
