I started my journey with NCSA in 2014 as a recruiting coach assistant for a temp service at that time I had no idea how rewarding it would be to work for NCSA. In June of 2014 I was offered a permanent position as a Financial Aid Coordinator. I have enjoyed my time in this role it is a great feeling to be able to assist not only the athletes we work with but to be able to assist their parents with their concerns whether it be what an athlete should be doing on the site or they are having some financial hardship and can’t make there monthly payment. It is rewarding when I am able to assist our families.
I was a student athlete myself in high school and college (SIU) and there was no platform for recruiting as the one that has been created here at NCSA . In my time as an employee I have found a great respect for the work that we do here at NCSA to assist athlete’s that without NCSA would not have the resources to compete on the collegiate level.
